The company is known as Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM), and Vuong owns 95% ownership in it. It has a charter capital of US$125.7 million.

In addition to running its own services, GSM will also supply vehicles to companies that offer traditional and online taxi services. During its initial activities, GSM would be given access to 10,000 vehicles and 100,000 motorcycles.

The business will start operations in Hanoi the following month, and then it will spread across all of Vietnam.

Out of the 999 VF 8 City Edition units VinFast committed to send to the US, the first 45 have been delivered successfully after a number of setbacks and delays.

Because it intends to establish a production plant in North Carolina and file for an IPO, the corporation appears to be optimistic about the North American continent. Yet due to a restructuring, it recently reduced its personnel in the US
